We have a 14 -day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or worn, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

In the case of returns, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.



To start a returns process, you must fill in the returns form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your order. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
